First Lab U Homework.
Today's tutorial will connect the kinetic scheme considered in the Bayesian Filtering Tutorial, with a current based model.
The tutorial is the second one found here (Creating a channel from a kinetic scheme specification)
Their kinetic scheme is written in terms of rate constants, whereas ours was transition probabilities for fixed time step.
Theirs depends on voltage (membrane potential) whereas ours was for fixed voltage.
